Develop social networking site on wordpress with database

i am doing final project and i lost all my work due to my laptop breaking and the work unfortunently was not back up. However i am looking to build a social networking site for people with diabetes.

below i highlighted the main user requirements for this project however if you feel that additional user requirements are needed then please let me know

· the user must be able to sign up / register
· the user should be able to have a privacy setting eg. Password enabled making her account private as in only people that she want can comment on her profile.
· the user should be able to message friends and receive messages
· user should be able to share post, and pictures and so on
· the user should have the ability to tag other users
· have Facebook and twitter maybe integrated so if she updates here status on talk diabetes it would be update on their other social channels also ( this feature its not a must but will be good to have)
· the site should consist of advice for the patients perhaps some links to other companies such as nhs and give information about types of diabetes.
at the moment these are the requirements i have come up with however if you need anything else please let me know. it dose not need to be to fancy just a basic/ intermediate level application. with a database but not big database few tables.
