Develop Joomla website from template provided.

I have already had a website created, and working, but the backup failed and I need to start again. I have all the necessary word documents, logos and photos to make the site creation run smoothly and quickly. I need the site to be uploaded onto our hosted server and a copy sent to me. The template is from template monster (http://www.templatemonster.com/demo/29094.html) using a previous version of joomla. The site is approximately 19 pages, has contact forms, tender forms and terms and conditions etc.
Part of the site is for trade members and one of the benefits of membership is that we provide them with a 'bespoke' 5 page website. I need some free joomla templates demonstrated on the site. The winning bidder will also be the developer who creates these sites from templates and hence receives a fee for each new member.
Please therefore supply a price for creating the initial tradersnet website and the subsequent small charge for each new members website.
