Design, build and customise workflow/automation

I require an expert to manage/deliver the design, build and customisation of six separate workflows for an existing WP site.

The software currently being used is a combination of MailChimp, Aweber, Restrict Pro (WP Membership Plugin) and Hybrid Connect (WP Optin Plugin).

The site has been built using WP and can be found online in public BETA at http://trustmango.com

The workflows (separate lists) consist of;

Each list is built from a specific call to action on the site. A creative theme has been established but not designed and content already created. The task is to configure the necessary components so that the worklow functions correctly and collectively without conflict in a consistent design/delivery format.
