Design Adjustment to Responsive Pro Wordpress Template

I have started a Wordpress site using the Responsive Pro template from Cyberchimps.

I want a header I have had designed to appear on all pages except for the home page which, if you know this template, you will know has a large graphic in the centre. Since this is a similar graphic, I do not want the header and this graphic to appear on the same page.

I also want the navigation set up to show the 5-6 subsequent pages and possibly on the home page too, though this is to be discussed. At the moment there is only the Home page appearing on the subsequent pages. This may be to do with my subsequent pages being Pages or Posts - as simple to fix as that!

I am happy for you to use plugin(s) if you know ones that work OK.

For anyone familiar with working with this template, this should be a simple job to do.
