Customize Woocommerce for Home Theater website

General information for the website: We sell Home Theater services and products in a 60 mile radius from our location. We do not sell one off products and mail them out. Everything we sell we install and deliver.

Description of every page/module: our current website is 123hometheater.com I would like to use woocommerce for two main parts of our website. I would like to use it to sell Home Theater packages and our flat rate services. These will be found at these links:

I do not want an entire woocommerce website, that is we are not a typical ecommerce store. I simply want to use woocommerce on two pages of our website.

The systems will be packages made of a number of products and hours of labor, but I just want to use one simple woocommerce product per system package. I understand that there are some disadvantages to doing this way but I will explain what is included in the descriptions of each package.

The services will be simple install services at flat rates. such as HDTV wall mounting, Antenna installation etc.
I will populate all of the products and services.
I simply need someone to set up the two sections and the layouts of the products so that that they all look good within the style of my current website and are mobile responsive.
Description of requirements/features: WooCommerce checkout.
I would like to offer 3 ways for my customers to pay for the items they choose.
1. pay in full via paypal
2. place a 50% deposit
3. Cash on delivery.

With this I would like a way to offer a discount if they place a deposit or pay in full at the time of check out.
I would like to be able to apply this discount to some items but not all and to be able to change the amount of discount at my discretion.

If you think I need plugins please include that price in your proposal.

The reason I need to hire someone to do this is when I tried to set up woocommerce it did not act mobile responsive and look good with my website. So make sure that your work will be mobile responsive and also that it will be maintained with woocommerce and wordpress updates.

I had done some css editing to try to get it to look good. I can strip all that out.
I am currently using a premium cyberchimps theme and pay monthly for support they are very responsive and you can use my login if you need to connect with them to help trouble shoot ask questions etc.
