Customize the woocommerce vendor email in my WordPress site.

I need to customize the admin-new-order.php email template as follows:
1. Add an 's' at the end of the product number for all categories except for WD
2. Divide the quantity by 12 except for item number RD-0001 which should be divided by 6 for category WD (DO NOT RECALCULATE THE PRICE)
3. Move the PO number above the Order Number
4. Move Shipping Address to the Left and Billing Address to the right

All Work to be done in the Child Theme (already loaded). There is no cPanel access, WP File Manager Plugin is already installed. See attached example of the final product. DO NOT SUBMIT AN OFFER IF YOU DO NOT INTENT TO COMPLETE THIS PROJECT IN 24 HOURS OR LESS.
