Customize Plugin with Simple Requirements

Instructions for setting up plugin on the website are as follow:

Appointment page. Here are some bullet points:
1- The client would like their web visitors to be able to schedule 60-minute intervals from 8 to 5pm Monday through Friday. They’d click on whatever time slot they wanted and fill out the form we’ve already created. This would be submitted as one

2- Each time slot already reserved should be visible to the public, although the person’s name and information should not be available. Put simply, another person should not be able to reserve the same slot

3- The scheduler needs to work on three pages (Grand Rapids, Kalamazoo, Battle Creek) and these should be totally separate at the backend, since these three locations have independent shops and appointment schedules

4- The client needs to be able to go into the back end of the scheduler to see who has booked what information and when, as well as have the ability to manually block off times when the shop is closed (for vacations, holidays, etc).

One of my developer told me that the plugin mentioned above has a lot of bugs and we cannot use it. In that case, let me know what you suggest but we cannot buy another plugin at all.. but i found some other viable solutions as well to work with such as http://demo.wpdevart.com/demo-booking-calendar-hours/
