Task details
I have many things that need to be changed for HireBee, a Wordpress theme from Appthemes. https://www.appthemes.com/themes/hirebee/

In regards to the budget, I am interested and flexible. Please disregard the pricing estimate that I entered.

Features Needed
1. Child Theme
I would like to have the website look like this theme here: http://demos.jobthemes.com/jobys/submit/ or even better, to look like http://www.peopleperhour.com How can this be done?
2. Pricing Table
Upload and set up an editable responsive pricing table.
3. Membership Levels
There are currently two membership levels - Employer & Freelancer - I need to split the Employer and Freelancer membership levels down to offer 2 levels from basic to premium level memberships allowing different functionality and capabilities on the site. These tiers will allow or disallow certain functionalities and grant or restrict access to certain pages, etc. This will need to integrate with the pricing table. 4. Feedback
I want the feedback to be customized to offer two opportunities for the employer to leave feedback:
Bid Feedback – Leave feedback on freelancer bids so that the (unselected) freelancers know why they weren’t selected.
Final Feedback - when the Freelancer has carried out the work.

6. Project Cancelation
On HireBee it allows the employer to cancel the project with an immediate refund, potentially even if deliverables have been delivered already. The proper way to do this (as it is done on Elance.com) is to send the freelancer(s) a notice of cancellation request, and they can accept or deny it. If they deny it, a dispute is automatically formed. This makes the system safe for freelancers, so clients cannot just get a refund after all work has been delivered. There must be an option for the freelancer to open a dispute process before the refund is sent.
7. Secure Files
Files uploaded to project workspace need to be secure and private between the employer and the freelancer only. No other user should have access by any means. Some projects may have sensitive material.
8. Supported File Types
The file types that will be used by customers must be supported for sharing within the project workspace: wav, aiff, mp3, doc, docx, txt, etc. Basically anything that isn't an executable. All audio file and document types. Freelancers will be uploading mp3 and wav files most of the time ranging in size and type from 100kb mp3's, all the way up to hundreds of megabytes zip files. Employers will mostly be uploading documents. These are private and apply to the Secure Files issue.
9. Audio play button in profile preview
Ability for employer to press a play button that is on each freelancer profile preview. It will play the mp3 placed highest in the list of the freelancers profile. For example- The freelancer has uploaded three audio "demos" or mp3 files. The one selected as featured or at the top of the list will become the file played here. 10. Audio Players for Freelancer Profile

11. Monthly recurring membership plans
Membership plans must automatically recur every month. They should be able to cancel their own plan too.
12. Proposal Audio Demos
Freelancer bids on projects and must upload an mp3 for employer to review before awarding. There will be dozens, even hundreds of these proposals for the employer to sort through and play.
