Customize a Wordpress Photography site and help with SEO and Social Media

Hi there, Im a photographer and my site is www.mayaalmeida.com and at the moment I have my dance and underwater images under one umbrella site and the front end is a Wordpress template (Graph Paper Press to be specific) called ´Widescreen` The back end is a photo archive and eCommerce platform called Photoshelter which I may loose altogether.

My idea is to purchase another Graph Paper Press template, namely one called ´Sidewinder´and customize. To give you a sense of what I would like my site to look like (at least the initial pages) please take a look at: http://andreweccles.com

I would like my site to open like Andrew´s and then have a clean simple rolling set of images like the Sidewinder template. I would also like to link social media like my Facebook page, and help SEO so someone who has knowledge and experience of all this would be ideal
