Customised wordpress blog to integrate with existing page

Hi, I have an existing page build with css and html and would like our existing blog which is a wordpress theme to look the same as the rest of the page.

We have attached a design of how we would like the blog to look. We would need another page for the post itself in a similar style.
As part of the job I would also like all the old posts and blog integrated within this theme
