Customise my wordpress template

Hello,

I've installed this template

Now my site looks like http://cyprienrose.com

But I need to optimise this template on few points :

-1- Language selector button :
I want to move it in the header close to menu (right or left side), because in this template the widget is only in the footer.

-2- Portfolio :
Custom the portfolios >
keep actual size and stamp :
a) a rollover on the image to show informations (title, year, client, short description)
b) a soundcloud player instead titles, same size as now titles.

-3- Top slider size :
. Keep actual width and reduce height
. Create a block opacity on the right of the slider (for text)
. Stamp a soundcloud player under the slider (same width with fine height)
