Customise a WP Page and Create an Email Form

General information for the website: We are an IT Support company and need a IT Helpdesk Page Created

Description of requirements/features: We have a WP website and require a page to be customised to be our IT Help Desk page. We want to make is easier for our customers to get support.

To give you an understanding, our customer can request support via telephone, email and online form. We want to have all these three option available on the page.

Secondly, we use a remote support tool, which again we would like available on the page.

Currently we have some of these available but they are redirected to another page and we are hoping to have everything on a single page. For example in a pop up form or iframe.
