Custom Wordpress App

We want to create a database (either outside of wordpress, or in wordpress, doesn't matter to us, and be able to display it exactly like this website displays data on both the home page (list view) and the profile views of each listing.

We also want to be able to upload data from excel/csv files to populate it and create the wordpress pages automatically as we already have all of this in spreadsheets.
