Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
We are building a site on Woocommerce with a complex pricing structure and require some help to get this going.
What we are struggling on is the following pricing model without using plugins. ALL LOGIC SHOULD BE WITHIN THE THEME FUNCTIONS FILE.
When a customer buys product A they can purchase 5 of products M-Z for £0.00 and the 6th product from this range they add will be charged at full price. Similarly if they buy product B the can add 10 products from M-Z for £0.00 and the 11th will be full price.
After a customer has added the allotted number of free products to their basket they should see a modal notifying them that their plan is now complete with options to continue to checkout or carry on adding meals at full price.
The site is built on the latest WooCommerce and Avada theme. We do not want to modify any of the core files that will prevent future updates being applied so everything should be carried out in the child theme.
More details will be given to short listed applicants.
