Creating video chat portal with wordpress and buddypress

General information for the website: The Basic idea is to use the Wordpress and Buddypress functionality to create a community and video chat portal.
Description of requirements/features: The Basic idea is to use the Wordpress and Buddypress functionality to create a community and video chat portal.

The portal will be made to support the elderly people who can stay longer at home when they get old, because they can contact a nurse when something is wrong or they need help. It wil be a healthcare website to be used crossed platform on PC/Windows phone@tablet/Android/IOS.
The most important function of the portal will be video calling. Nurses and Patients should be able to call each other (planned and spontaneous). Also the nurse can call them to check up on them and also help them with things like taking medications, doing exercises together, or just for a talk.

Specific important is the function of user groups and accounts.
