Create property search and search results for wordpress website

General information for the website: Lettings agency
Kind of development: Customization of existing website
Num. of web pages/modules: 1-2 pages
Description of requirements/features: Property search to be built (ideally as a widget) to be used horizontally on the homepage (just under navigation) and possibly vertically on other pages.

I have built the site using X Ultimate Wordpress theme http://themeforest.net/item/x-the-ultimate-wordpress-theme/5871901

Users should be able to search by these criteria:

Post code,
property type (flat/house),
no. of beds,
short lets/long lets (over 6months),
Are you on benefits?,
price pcm/week,
distance/radius (miles)

The search results page should be like:
http://www.cwhr.co.uk/property-to-rent-in-london/properties-to-rent-in-se12
and the property pages similar to:
http://www.cwhr.co.uk/property-to-rent/2-bedroom-property-to-rent/upper-montagu-street-london-w1h/947

I can provide any necessary visuals to support if necessary, but the above links should suffice as i want it just like that.
