Create custom "cancel subscription"-button in woocommerce

I have a website that uses woocommerce and the plugin woocommerce subscriptions (https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-subscriptions/). I wish to have a "Cancel subscription"-button on a custom page on my site (instead of at the usual place in the subscription list). I have hidden the cancellation button for now and have a custom one on a different page that sends me an email when someone clicks it (making me do the work manually).

However, I'd like for this to be automated - so the button actually acts like the normal "cancel"-button does and actually cancel the subscription.


I'm not able to give access to this website, so I need for you to be able to give me the code for me to add it to the website.
