Create bespoke Wordpress template

I have visual designs for a website in jpeg format. They can be downloaded here -

I require the creation of a Wordpress template to match the design.

I do not require every page to be built, just an example or two. A lot of the pages contain content which will be added later via custom PHP. I am only concerned with the template encompassing the design elements to match the jpeg files.

A fresh installation of WP 5.1.1 is ready for you to access; you will have access to both the WP admin interface and the FTP server.

Requirements:

1. Create a bespoke Wordpress template.

I do not mind if you modify an existing open source template, or create one from new. If you modify an existing template its important that the licence allows the removal of any copyright notices.

2. Design must be collapsible, to support mobile devices.

I have included examples of how the site may look on a mobile device. I appreciate this may be subject to subtle change by you.

3. Burger menu for mobile devices.

As shown in the mobile version designs.

4. Font to be Montserrat.

I have this as a webfont.

5. Colours to match the designs exactly.

6. Key elements
a. Homepage (as has large background image)
b. Footer menus
c. Login screen
d. Account creation screen
e. Closable top promotional text about 7 days
f. Top bar icons/links
g. General colour scheme/layout

I will logos/image that are shown.

You do not need to worry about the numerous input screens, only as far as styling input box to be link the examples. All the site functionality will come later via custom PHP.

Time-scale, I am hoping this can be completed within a week.
