Create a Wordpress Theme from an existing Web Site

I have been tasked with recreating a non-wordpress Web Site in Wordpress. The Web Site is www.keytek.co.uk and although there are 30+ pages, there are only four different page templates required.
Description of requirements/features: I will set up a Wordpress site using 2015 theme. I need you to create a custom page tempalte for the four different pages that I can use to populate the site. The page should include all Libraries, CSS and side bars and look the same as the four pages listed below but allow me to enter the content.

I will give CMS log in and FTP access. I need this job completing in a week, please don't apply if this is going to be a problem.
