Create a Print Label Button for Perfex CRM

We are looking for a developer with past experience with Perfex CRM to create a simple module to print a label. The label will contain a few details that can be populated using the Perfex CRM hooks.

Label should be 60 Length x 30 Height. Ideally generates in a popup HTML page that we can just print to our lavbel printer.

The label should pull the following:

Our Logo: FlexiDesk
Customer Name
Project Title
Contact Number
Service Date: (Project start date)
Barcode (Project Ref)

I have attached a sample image of the label and also the button. Ideally, we need this done ASAP as other developers wasted over a month of our time.
