Create a PDF generator plugin for WP that works with Visual Composer and addons

I am looking for programmer to create a PDF generator plugin for WP that works with Visual Composer and addons or adapt the DKPDF plugin so that the final result of the PDF is what we are looking for.

I have a test web where I installed the DKPDK plugin, I have logarithm with the few knowledge that I have in the PDF generated add all the content of the custom post, but the final result is very far from the intended.

The solution I look for just like the DKPDF plugin should work with shortcodes and very important it has to be created as an option for VC Row so that you can control every element that is visible in this PDF as some elements will not be visible.

The plugin was originally sold at Codecanyon https://codecanyon.net/item/wppdf-website-content-to-pdf-generator/10294572 but unfortunately it is no longer available.
