Create a datafeed between CFP estate agency software and JEA in Joomla

I have created an estate agency website using JEA Estate agency software, within Joomla 2.5. The client has industry standard software called CFP, which uploads properties automatically to rightmove,zoopla etc . It will need to do the same for the clients website using an API feed,which is what needs creating . I've attached the technical specifications (if it hasn't worked, I can send you it by email,upon request). Not sure how difficult this is for an expert so don't be insulted by my guide price, just bid realistically.
This is quite an urgent job
