Copying content from one site to another

Hi there

I need some assistance copying some text/images and creating relevant contact form and embedding that contact form into the site - i am doing a transfer from a non-wordpress site into wordpress. The framework is all built - this is just a simple copy/download images/paste type of job - there is around 45 pages to copy, and should take someone around 2 hours to complete
