Convert PSD To Genesis Theme - Fast Turnaround Time

I'm looking for someone to convert my psd over to wordpress using Genesis framework and child theme. Most of the elements are pretty standard in the design with the exception of a few elements. Below are the 4 pages I need done and I've attached the 4 layouts.

Homepage - most of this is pretty self explanatory. The only thing out of the ordinary would be the candidate odds boxes. The homepage will post odds from all candidates, so I have the tabbed interface where you can sort by political party. However I plan on using these odds boxes on other pages that I create. For example I will have a page just on republican odds, so I won't need the tabs on that since I'm just listing republicans.

Review Page - again this is pretty self explanatory. Simple layout with sidebar. The only thing out of the ordinary is the review box at the top of the page. I need to be able to insert the content, bullet points, logo ect.. for each review and have it styled like the psd.

Single Blog Post - self explanatory although I didn't have time to do an author box or comment boxes at the bottom of this psd layout, so that needs to be done. Nothing special, just standard boxes for those elements are fine.

Archive - self explantory

Again this is a pretty straight forward project. Nothing seems too complex from my point of view. But I do need a quick turnaround on this, so please don't make a proposal unless you can finish it by the end of work day on Monday the 25th.

Please don't bid on this project if you don't have experience using Genesis framework.
