Requirements:
• Convert a static HTML/CSS template into a responsive Joomla template for the website: www.nyci.co.uk
• Website must render correctly on desktop and mobile browsers.
We will provide:
• FTP backup (Joomla web files) and MySQL database backup.
• The static HTML/CSS template.
• An unfinished Joomla conversion (our attempt to convert) - problems: poor performance and not responsive).
You will provide:
• A completed and tested Joomla template plus any installation/setup instructions.
