Convert a PSD template to WordPress theme

Description of every page/module: - custom index.php
- custom archive.php
- custom home.php
- customization of WooCommerce checkout page (cart + form for user data);
- customization of GravityForms form (simple multipage form for choosing options);
- homepage based on home.php;
- archive page based on archive.php;
- about page based on index.php;
- newsletter registration page;

for every page / template I will give you the pdf file and all needed assets.
Description of requirements/features: I need to convert a Photoshop template to a WordPress theme.
The Photoshop templates have been created by professional UX designer, keeping in mind that it had to be converted in WordPress.
The generated WordPress theme should be responsive.

I will give you:
- the pdf files (both for desktop and mobile version) for all the WP templates;
- the pdf files converted in PNG;
- the assets (images, icons, fonts);
- all the instructions and support needed to convert;

You will give me the WordPress theme consisting in:
- custom index.php file for pages and posts;
- custom homepage;
- custom archive page;
- custom checkout pages (WooCommerce);
- custom form templates pages (Gravity forms);
- custom popup;
- custom newsletter registration page;

Other informations:
- Every template file should be rendered in desktop and mobile version, using css media queries;
- The code should be clean and commented;
- The starting theme should be Studiopress Genesis, but if you are comfortable with other frameworks or prefer to start with a default WP theme, it’s ok too.
- I only accept proposal from people or companies who already made similar works: I will ask you for details and links to previous works.

I will give you a staging environment, with:
- cpanel access;
- ftp access;
- WordPress already installed.
