Description of requirements/features: At the moment when a customer fills out the form and doesn't include one of the required fields an error message appears at the top of the form. By the way I have missed out all of the required fields so you can see what ones are required:

Surname is required
Mobile Number is required
Post Code is required

What the client wants is the following:

So for each error message can we add;

Name – We need to know who to generate the report for

Postcode- As the reports generated are done so by Financial Planning Consultants, a post code is required to allocate your pension report request

Mobile Number- Generating a pension report is simple but does require a moment of your time on the phone

He wants the error message to appear instead of top of the form but underneath the particular field.
