Configure/Fix a cronjob missing execution

I have an online store run on wordpress and woocommerce using Bluehost hosting.

I have a plugin that imports and syncs product info such as quantities, however the quantity synchronisation is not executing. This is the message from the plugin status "Cronjobs are late for schedule. Please check your configuration" Other cron jobs related to the plugin such as imports are executing except for the quantities one. This cron job is supposed to execute every 10 minutes atm.

Pleae let me know if you think you could help me figure out the problem, I feel like it wouldnt be a massive job for someone with a technical background.
