Description
Experience Level: Expert
I have a website that needs completing.
This is an urgent job, I have a cloud server that I am paying a lot of money for each month, so I am going to give a completion date of the 26th of April for this job. I would like it completed ASAP but the 26th of April is the cut off point.
The site is built in Wordpress so you must have experience in Wordpress.
The parts that are still left to do I believe are:
1. When you 'Create A Memorial' through the payment processor, it is not uploaded. The payment processor is 2CheckOut, so you will have to get this to work.
2. The memorials themselves are lacking the features that they should have.
This is the original specification that I gave 7 months ago:
9. Individual profile pages
This page will be similar to this page: http://tony.curtis.gonetoosoon.org/ but the userbility will be a lot better and the page will have to look a lot more professional.
The main photo on the page and the main information will be uploaded by the user who paid to create the profile in the create a memorial page (5) or by the Funeral Directors in the Funeral director / funeral home memorial creation page (4).
A visitor to this profile must be able to write a tribute on the page and write a memory on the page.
A visitor must also be able to send a message to the profile page that no one can see. This is not stored anywhere and immediately deleted. Basically a user can click on a button which opens a text box. The user can type in the text box but when they click on the send button the text is deleted.
A user must be able to copy and paste a link to another profile and this can then be uploaded as a related profile. The user must also be able to tag this link with who the related profile is.
A user must be able to light a candle for the person on the profile page. This will be similar to lighting a candle on this page: http://tony.curtis.gonetoosoon.org/ or lighting a candle on this page: http://www.thisisannouncements.co.uk/16639421
A user must be able to upload a photo to the page and this goes in to the profile 'photo album.'
When a visitor writes a tribute or memory, uploads a link or photo or lights a candle, the creator of the memorial page is sent an email and must moderate them. If they are accepted then they go on the page, if they are not accepted then they do not go on the page.
3. The memorial pages themselves have to be designed.
4. On all of the forms the sign up / creation forms, there should be live in-line validation.
5. A lot of the pages have not been designed very well, so you can either re-design these or I can get someone to create PSD's for them and you can then convert the design to the site.
The below are extra features that were not in the original brief for the old developers, so this has not been worked on at all. You would have to start from scratch on the below:
6. A blog added to the site.
I would like this blog to have the following plugins added to it:
http://codecanyon.net/item/wordpress-post-planner/2496996?ref=soland1234&ref=soland1234&clickthrough_id=101075549&redirect_back=true
http://www.afterthedeadline.com/
http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/subscribe-to-comments/
https://www.shareaholic.com/publishers/sharing/
7. There needs to be a free obituary section of the site built where people can register and leave an obituary for someone. The obituary consists of full name, country, town, Date of Birth, Date of Death and a one line memorial to the person. No comments are allowed on these memorials.
When bidding please let me know if you would also include a redesign in the price or whether I would have to get PSD's made from someone else and then you convert them to the site.
