Code a webpage design into wordpress

We need a coder to make our web design into a wordpress format. There is the home page (see attached pic) and then further pages inside which will not need any extra coding - just some minor adjustments such as removal of main pic.

All the files and graphics will be supplied.

You will have examples of your past work and great feedback.

We need you to start work on this asap and finish within the week.
