Kind of development: New website from scratch
Description of every page/module: Website should have CMS functionality. It will function like most gaming news websites in the vein of PCGamer, GiantBomb and Indiestatik. Design is already done and all graphic assets are available for use. We just need someone to put them together. Short development time is a plus.
Modification of a template is acceptable, but it must offer all the functionality we need.
