CMS for my website

Hi!

I would like to have a CMS for my website , that's for all the webpages, earlier I had posted the project for 1 webpage. This time it's for ENTIRE website.

Please note that the payment gateway is already integrated with the website. So no work has to be done for the payment gateway.

Now, following are the points which have to be considered.

READ Point 1 and 2 CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU PLACE THE BID.

1. I should be able to edit / cut / move / insert any matter / pic in the ENTIRE WEBSITE. The theme / design of the ENTIRE website hence should be 100% flexible. I should also be able to resize rows / coloumns and drag them / shift them anywhere I feel like on any webpage.

2. Special attention has to be given on this web page http://www.stepaheadcv.com/resume-services.html. Now on basis of this webpage, go through the following points for which I am very particular.

a. I should be able to add or remove box (item) at the top row or bottom row.

b. I should be able to insert the box (item) anywhere I feel like., at the top row or bottom row or sideways.

c. I should be able to drag and drop any box (item/s) anywhere I feel like on the webpage.

d. I should be able to resize the box (item/s).

e. I should be able to place any box, above any box, below any box, towards left or right hand side.

f. I should be able to change the pricing as well of the items AND IF I CHANGE THE PRICING, THE AUTO CALCULATION SHOULD BE PERFORMED AS IT IS HAPPENING RIGHT NOW.

g. The total amount which appears after calculation at the bottom should appear on the next page (at the top) once I click on 'Proceed now' button.

Ref. point 2f , please select a few items and see what happens at the bottom of the page. That's very important for you to understand even before you place the bid. Pay attention to Point 2g as well.

All in all, entire website should be designed and made flexible in such a way so that tomorrow I should not be needing a web developer or programmer to work on it. I should be able to work on it whichever way I want to, without anyone's assistance.

I am particular abt pricing as well, I CANT pay in 5 figures. I have posted this project in plenty of other sites as well. I WILL NOT entertain freshers for this project. I will read positive reviews and equally pay attention to negative reviews as well of the bidders. I will be very selective for this project.

I WILL NOT PREFER WORDPRESS AS IT GETS HACKED EASILY.

While bidding, let me know on what platform you would like to make the CMS on. Joomla is something which again I won't prefer as it's not that user friendly. I was planning to go for Magento. But if you have some better idea, I mean any better platform for CMS, I can think about it.
