Classifieds Joomla site needed

Basically I'm looking to keep website costs down (hence looking to Joomla rather than scratch) and I'm in need of a website with:

*Classifieds where users can sign up either as USER A or a USER B and fill out preferences.

*USERS A list their opportunity, approved by admin to weed out spam/fake listings - **this will be free at the start but later will have listing fees/subscription fee** - also I will rate the opportunities individially to assist USERS B.

*USERS B can browse these listings and then contact USERS A in order to "purchase" them.

*Directory page listing USERS B on board with our company for USERS A to see.

*Marketplace lists the opportunities by vertical

It needs to look modern and be easy to use. At the beginning it needs to be simple with strong brand message and strong CTAs for the user to know exactly what to do. Logo already designed.

I will be looking at templates soon and would like recommendations for this type of site on Joomla as well.
