Changing some website functions

General information for the website: sell used car parts
Description of every page/module: hello everyone i have a website that got some problems and i need it to be fixed here are the changes :

1 change the cell phone number to +966531819054

2 in English page remove all the Arabic words

Change it to Ads and post

3 in Arabic page

(اضف اعلان change it to
- اعلن in the bottom of the page )
(اعلاناتي change it to
4 forgot my password
The massage should come in English and Arabic to the email plus the logo. Not word press

5 the post letter is very small make it big

the Arabic should be in the right not in the left
the post should have a title and content .
6 make everything Arabic in Arabic version and make the word English in English version.
Please go through all the website in Arabic and English in order to know. There are a lot of Arabic words in English version. Check it out

6 the sing in sing out log in log out has problem ,.

7 the website is built on the subscription model , i want to change it to only public ads. I mean i want people who post request for a used car parts to appear for everyone.

the website right now only shows the request for the suppliers . i want it to be shown for the suppliers and customers
