I need a WP plugin developed. Below are the requirements.

I have a site ready which has a custom post by name of 'practitioner'. Each practitioner post should be given one independent calendar. The calendar should have the following functionality:

- Allow admin to set the prices and length of time (in hours) for each service. Admin should be able to set different price for each service depending on the location of the customer.
- Admin should be able to set busy and free periods for each practitioner.
- Admin should be able to set max number of bookings (in hours) for each practitioner.
- Admin should be able to set how many hours before and each booking the next booking should be allowed (they should be able to ovverride this per booking).

- Customer should be able to place a booking for a service through the front end. If a service lasts 3 hours then a 3 hour slot should be booked from the time the customer chooses.
- Customer can pay for it through Paypal, or choose to pay on the day - if on the day the booking should not be finalised until Admin has approved the booking.

- All bookings should be stored on the system.
- Admin should be able to generate reports and see who books frequently, which practitioner is the most popular, check bookings between dates etc.
