General information for the website: This is a website for a startup lettings company
Description of every page/module: This is a website for a startup lettings company. They will be setting up a business along the lines of

https://www.openrent.co.uk/. In this model landlords have their own dashboard from which they can create

property listing which will then be distributed to property portals. In the first pahse this will be zoopla &

primelaction (jointly owned) and rightmove.

The site will be fuly content manageable – we envisage this site being built in Wordpress.

The sitemap and workflow is attached as a pdf but is summarised as follows:

1. Landlord creates an account / logs in

2. Landlord enters property details

3. Property details are written to LDN database

4. Property details submitted to admin for moderation

5. Not approved: Returned to Landlord

6. Approved – landlord pays via Worldpay

7. Property details fed from LDN database to Zoopla

8. Email enquiries returned to admin via xml feed

9. Enquiries distributed to admin and landlord via script

10. Landlord responds to request for further information or arranges viewing by in built calendar

11. Landlord selects tenant

12. Landlord submits tenant referencing request to rentguard

13. Referencing results are displayed in rentguard dashboard & emailed back to landlord when checks

complete

14. Property details will be stored in the database for re-submission at the end of tenancy
