Build a WordPress Theme for me ASAP

I need some one who can build a custom WordPress 5 page theme for me. The basic features are;

- Should have an image slider on the homepage (900 x 300), also beneath the slider images, should be a news, posts, columns etc just like a normal blog.
- Should be membership based. Registration form and member login should be provided.
- There should be a mini forum in one page (mingle forums or simplepress plugin should work)
- A page should be a job board, where people can post jobs then others bid for the jobs (jobpress plugin should help)
- There should be a PM (Private Mailing) system
- There should be option for integrating a payment processor and my choice is Liberty Reserve or Payza.
- The contact page should have a contact form with captcha.
- Finally, it should come with one sidebar.

You can get a theme with similar features and customize to suit my need or you can build one from scratch and integrate these features i have given. Am really not interested in how you get it done as long as its done. Also, it should be bugs free.

Apart from the homepage and contact page, all other pages should be member protected, if you are not a member, you cant use them.

Underneath the theme, should be ready links to Terms of Services and Privacy Policy.
