I would like to set up a new website (probably a WordPress template) with this inside
Goal is to create a platform were People can create and follow-up​ contracts online

- user inputs about 20 form fields; based on that text is used or not and data is added to the contract
- both parties (user and his cliënt) get a separate login for signing the contract ( by drawing their signature)
Signature is added as images to the document
- payment should be done (paypal or bank transfer)
- they both get a signed copy and we get a mail with the document and all the filled in form fields

- after this, we should be able to add extra document to those 2 users 'their folder' (confirmation documents)

- users should again be updated via mail that new documents are added and that they can download these

Summerized;
Create (set up) a WordPress site
Set up the plugin
Create a form with 20 fields
(Date calculations and money calculations included)
Set up 1 contract with these 20 fields (word document with layout Will be delivered)
Set up the mails that Will be sendout

Users should login with mailadres or 'social login' (Gmail/fb)

If possible i would like to have this as Well; user (the one who pays and uses our platform) should be able to 'duplicate' a contract (the 20 fields that are filled in) and modify the copy for a new contract (new customer)
