Buddypress and general wordpress theme modifcations.

-Need an buddy press bar to replace the admin bar which will include message, friend requests and general notifications in it.

-Need a buddypress profile template made which will lay out the profiles nice and clean, fitting with my theme.

-General site modifications.
Changing the search bar
Making the log in page look abit more theme appropriate
Need a button added into the header
And a few more smaller things
