Hi,

I would like to have my real estate website remodelled.Below are the alterations i need.

• Adjusted header. Should have call to action(submit property) link,sign in,sign up link,
• rating and testimonial of agents
• more search criteria i.e state,city,local government area.
• include ‘’shortlet” in rent and sale section.
• Fast upload of multiple images at a time
• quick viewing of images
• Create section for property type i.e shop,office space,warehouse,duplex,bungalow,studio,flat,apartment and land.Both in search box and sign-up form.
• upload of scanned docs e.g business license
• no of views for listing & blog post
• comment-recent post-tags box i.e 3-in-1
• top agents based on comments/ranking/testimonials
• increase feature listings to 10 and replace thumbnails with bullets
• search tab for beaverealty i.e in the home page header
• pre-screening of listings before approval and payment i.e listings must meet a set of criteria before approval
• For the blog section,i want a crisp blog layout like this. http://dogbreeds.ama-nerd.com/2010/10/27/lost-something/
• The header and theme colour should be deep blue.(visit http://www.byoaudio.com/playv/WvY515jS).i want my logo i.e beaverealty,exactly like “EDUCATION”logo.White text ,blue background.The “b”and “r”should stand out like the “ë”in education
• In the sign up section,create options to sign up as agent ,property manager,landlord,property developer or merchant in a drop down manner.
• Hover lights for categories.(visit dogbreeds.ama-nerd.com)
• A maximum of 10 entries per agent
• Agent & merchant cannot use company name or email twice
• Agent & merchant cannot change company name without approval
• Social media icons for facebook , twitter and google+
