Basic Wordpress Theme Customization for Retailer

I have the wireframes sketched for a basic addition to our Wordpress website. We have the Nillé theme installed, so you'll have to customize.

1. Correct my hand illustrations in Adobe (whiten background, thicken the pen line) and layer the image over a colored circle. These will be the Buttons to include at the top of our Shop pages (Filter options for our customers).

2. Ensure that the sidebar Filter By option 'Colors' is automatically open, as it is currently displayed as a drop down

3. Provide an instruction on how we apply new Advertising posts to the sidebar area (customers can presently see 'Recently viewed' in this general area)

4. Create a color flash - text area below the new Buttons, for a notice like 'Complimentary International Shipping when you Create an Account'

5. Add available Color (color swatches) + Size available beneath product display (at present, we have the designer at the top, the product title and cost, and then the social impact at the bottom). The Product displays should also have the hover feature enabled, to go from ghost-model to model-view.

We have a super lean budget for this but I'm hopeful that for an expert this is really a simply project! You can visit our site at www.one30m.com
