Basic wordpress change & email set up

Kind of development: Customization of existing website
Description of requirements/features: I need help with the following:
1. Configuration of the email address so that i can receive emails on my mobile device and trigger a automatic forward of emails
2. Someone to tell me how to change the image on the standard pages (non home page)
3. Remove a shadown at the top of the slider on the home page
3. Change the footer text for me

I have never used wordpress before so although I have had the basic sight built when I have come back to try and edit I am struggling to locate where to make changes
