Automate (already existing ) reports to be sent via e-mail

We have 4 reports programmed in our back end system. We would like these reports to be e-mailed either together or as one e-mail, to us on a weekly and monthly basis. Reports generated by selecting date fields and our system creates the report from date fields. You are just required to be able to set them to be e-mailed by date field on selected dates.
Requires immediate start.
Full understanding of what is required demonstrated, before work starting.
System is MYSQL PHP
Would have to find the correct area to programme, as i dont have a map of where coding is located.
Can provide a link to the reports in the back end system.
