Audit of a newly created website (to check quality of design, coding, & conversions)

General information for the website: Photographer's website
Description of requirements/features: We're after purely an audit on a website (no work or changes to be made). We're looking for someone with:
- very neat and tidy coding practices
- very strong skills in website conversion techniques (ie turn visitors into enquiries)
- experienced with Avada and Fusion Builder for Wordpress, as these have been used to build the site

Why? Well we've recently had a new photography website created, and now we'd like an independent opinion on it.
I have my own thoughts, but we're interested fresh opinions on:
- has efficient CSS and sound coding practices been used, or is it spaghetti?
- Have good SEO practices been used?
- Likelihood of converting visitors to enquiries
- Plus any other comments you think might be relevant

UPDATE: After receiving a few proposals, I want to clarify, this is NOT looking for ideas on how to make it look prettier, or for SEO services. I am purely focused on how clean the code is, how good the design practices are (ie how much difficulty will another developer have trying to update and add to this site). We're also interested in how this converts visitors into to enquiries, as this was mostly what this design was sold to us to do.
