Amend Wordpress website

Hello,

I require to have some changes done to my wordpress website.

This is what needs doing:

1. Change the layout of the front page of the website.
2. Add sizing option to the shop page
3. Connect instagram to the website
4. Remove any English text from the website or translate it to Russian
5. Add banner at the top of the MAIN page with discount code
6. add discount code to the website and to the checkout page.
7. Change photos of the product on the main page and link them to the shop page. So the are clickable
8. Add scroll down section on the page SHOP - add sections and link them to the relevant products such as shoes, boots, ballerina flats, bridal.
9. Make website compatible with the MOBILE- Shop page must display 4 shoes at the time on the screen, at the moment customer can only see one shoe at a time on the screen.
10. add google analytics to the website. It was there, and disappeared.
11. Change font on some pages. such as About us. Make layout more interesting on the ABOUT US page.

More detailed will be given once the work is approved. Please note the website is on RUSSIAN, so RUSSIAN writing will need to be added to the website. All translation will be given.
