Amend / add pagination script

I am looking for someone to amend a pagination script on 3 pages of a Wordpress web site where results from a database table are displayed.

I have recently converted a standalone site into a Wordpress site and the pagination script no longer works as it doesn’t display correctly (links should be shown on the same line) and if you click on a link to view the next set of results the user is diverted back to the homepage.

An example of one page with pagination script on is below:

If you click on page 3 of the pagination it diverts you to http://www.hacti.com/?page=3 instead of displaying the relevant results
