Allow Sales on sales website

We are a ticket sales website that has customized, Events Made Easy plugin, that isn't able to sell tickets. On our event page there is supposed to be a list of ticket options available for people to chooses from until event sales end, but there isnt.

Objective)Find out why tickets wont display on event page

Need someone I can trust who isn't money hungry and have supreme developer & customization experience with Wordpress.

Personally, I think maybe its blocked from showing up, but I need an experience developer to have a look and let me know, who can fix it so that tickets for sale can show up.
