Adjustments made to an Artisteer 4.0 Template for Joomla 2.5.8

I need a couple of slight adjustments made to an Artisteer 4.0 Template for Joomla 2.5.8

Quite simply the horizontal menu sits over the top of the header in position "User 3"

What I want is for "User 3" to be split into 4 section the 1st at 34% and the next 3 at 22% wide.

I then want the Vertical menu in position "User3" in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th part the ones at 22%.
