Adjust mobile stacking of blog page and make a post title link to the post page.

I need help with a site for a law office that is using a barebones theme from Github called "HTML5 Reset."

Note: You will be given access to the Wordpress Admin area. But we cannot provide FTP access. If you are concerned about creating backup files for safer updating, we have several workarounds to choose from.

There are two things we want to do.

1) We want the categories widget from the sidebar to stack before the content on mobile devices and

2) On the blog page you will see that the date, not the post title, links to the single post page. We would like it to be the title that becomes the link, as is the norm.

Can you give me an estimate to fix these two minor issues within the limitations above?
