Adding a tooltip function

Hi,

I've recently completed a website but would like some added functionality. I have tool-tips on the site but would like them altered to be touch screen compatible.

I've found some css and javascript online which I believe will do the job. The url is http://osvaldas.info/elegant-css-and-jquery-tooltip-responsive-mobile-friendly .

I'm not familar with javascript so having problems implementing it.
My website url is http://www.golfbettingform.com/tournaments/this-week/pga-tour , tooltips are on the "player form" table.

I've put a budget on £25 as I think it should be a relatively straightforward task, but I'd like it done for tomorrow afternoon. The site uses the Joomla CMS.
